The clients wanted a plan to suit their young family while still having an income option. Their 178sqm plan includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, dining and living area and a garage with laundry nook. The master is configured with a large walk in robe and ensuite.

The 1 bedroom flat sits at the front of the property, private from the main home.
